If anybody actually knows of a repair shop who is honest,impartial and not driven by commission...I'd like to know about it just for the heck of it. I don't know any myself and I've been doing this automotive thing all my life. I will say this though. While we were waiting for finances and insurance to be verified, Joey had said they would be cleaning the car and filling up the gas tank for us. However when we pulled away after signing everything the gas tank was on E and the car was filthy inside. Joey said to bring the car back and he would fill it up but when I got there, he said he could only put in $15. And then my husband and I had to make two different trips to the dealer to sign papers that they forgot to have a sign. Very unprofessional.
Polite, relatively professional. Great marketing idea, $7.99 Castrol oil change and filter. Can't beat that.
This place is great. I love how professional they are and the clean waiting room with free wifi for customers and the service was not as long for my oil change I just loved it.
